Included volumes, and what happens when you go over

2 min leestijd

Every package includes set volumes. Going over them does not break anything and does not trigger an upgrade you did not ask for. You pay for what is over, monthly, at published rates.

What is included #

  • 1,000 contacts in your CRM, including segmentation and tags.
  • 10,000 emails per month. The rule is ten times your contact count, so if you grow to 3,000 contacts, 30,000 emails are included.
  • 200 users with their own login, for gated content.
  • 50 products and 50 orders per month on the packages that include the shop.

What it costs above that #

  • Extra contacts: € 5 per 1,000 up to 5,000, then € 4 per 1,000, and above 20,000 € 3 per 1,000.
  • Extra emails: € 0.50 per 1,000.
  • Extra products: € 5 per 50.
  • Extra orders: € 0.25 each, dropping to € 0.20 above 100 per month.
  • Extra users: € 2 per 100.

All amounts exclude VAT and are invoiced monthly in arrears, so you never pay in advance for capacity you did not use.

How a contact is counted #

A contact is a unique email address in your CRM, regardless of how many lists it is on. Unsubscribed contacts still count while you keep them, because they still occupy space and still appear in your segments. If you delete them, they stop counting from the next billing period.

How an email is counted #

One message to one recipient. A newsletter to 800 people is 800 emails. Transactional messages such as order confirmations and password resets count too, but for most businesses they are a rounding error next to the marketing volume.

What is never extra #

Hosting, backups, security, SSL, plugin licences, updates, support, migration, go-live on your own domain, and connecting your own AI assistant. Those are in every package at every volume.

If you are not sure where you would land #

Tell us your numbers before you commit: how many contacts, roughly how often you mail them, and how many orders a month. We work it out with you. We would rather quote you accurately up front than surprise you on an invoice.
