Frequently asked questions
Are the amounts including or excluding VAT?
All prices on this page are in euros and exclude VAT. Business customers inside the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced with VAT reverse charged.
What happens if I go over the included volumes?
You pay only for what is above them, at the rates in the table on this page, billed monthly. You never pay in advance for capacity you are not using. Tell us your numbers and we will work out where you would land before you commit.
Do transaction fees come on top?
The per-order cost above 50 orders a month excludes what your payment provider charges. Most customers use Mollie, and Stripe or PayPal work as well. Those fees go to them, not to us.
Can I get a discount for paying a year up front?
Yes. Pay the first year up front and you save two months. Take all the separate modules together and another € 28 a month comes off. The launch discount is a discount on the list price, and it stays with your account for as long as you keep it.
Can I switch packages later?
Yes. Most people start with email marketing and add modules when they need them. What you pick on the sign-up form can still be changed afterwards, and you keep the offer you reserve today.
Is connecting my own AI assistant an extra cost?
No. MCP access to your own platform is in the core package, so it is there on every plan. What you pay your AI supplier for a business plan is separate and goes to them.
What if I want to leave?
Then you leave. Modules are cancellable monthly, your contacts and orders export in standard formats, and we will hand over a full backup. We would rather you stayed because it works than because leaving is painful.
